What is the F: drive?
The F: drive is your personal space on the network
and "my home" on keukanet..
-The server where your F: drive space is located is backed up
nightly. You have access to this drive from anywhere on campus after
logging in or by going to
http://keukanet.keuka.edu/myhome.
-You are allowed 15 MB of space on our network for your F:
drive.
-It is recommended that you not save documents and pictures that are
not needed for schoolwork to your F: drive.
-If you get a message that you are out of disk space, it is too
late, because you need extra space for the delete process. If this
happens you need to call ITS and request temporary extra space so you
can clean up your drive.
-Pictures that may have been mailed to you as attachments
take up a lot of space on your F: drive. You can save these to a
your hard drive, a floppy disk or a Zip drive, if needed.
