Ms. Gow is a Certified Public Accountant and has worked for Ernst & Young in Boston and Percival Bixby in Buffalo, with experience in both audit and tax.

She has over 25 years of experience in operations and financial management in the manufacturing, insurance and bonding, and the not-for-profit sectors. Over 15 years of this experience included ownership of a large regional commercial insurance and bonding agency with four offices in upstate NY and 90 employees. After the business was sold to a national firm, Ms. Gow went on to work with the Susan B. Anthony House in Rochester, progressing up to the position of Director.

Ms. Gow has held a number of high-level positions that include Audit Manager, Vice President of Operations, Director of Finance & Operations, and Executive Director.

She has served as Treasurer on the Board of the Genesee Land Trust and lent her financial expertise to other community organizations in the Rochester region. She has also served on a national advisory board for insurance software development.

Interests: Marketing, Integrative Studies, HR Training and Development.

Professor Romm has been with Keuka College since 1991. His areas of expertise are Marketing, Hospitality Management, Strategic Management and Services Management. He is especially interested in the unique role that food service plays in society.

Professor Romm also serves on the faculty of the Professional Development Program of the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University. He works with business executives from around the world. His courses there focus on the use of a profit-planning computer simulation and “outside the box” solutions to food service problems around the world.

As a consultant he has worked with Marriott Corporation, Intercontinental Hotels and Resorts, Gallop Inc., Nestle Inc. and Hilton International. Along with his work in the US, he has given seminars in England, Italy, Spain and Indonesia. He has also provided consulting services for the not-for-profit groups, Ghost Ranch in Abiquiu, New Mexico and The Omega Institute in Rhinebeck, NY.

His industry experience includes senior management positions in both small business and large corporations. His corporate experience includes working for Hilton International at the World Trade Center in New York and at the Vista International Hotel in Washington D.C.. At the World Trade Center he had sole management responsibility for twenty three different food service and catering operations located in every part of the complex and serving a wide variety of markets (quick service, food courts, vending,corporate food service, casual restaurants, off-premise catering, bar operations and fine-dining). His operations there employed over four hundred people, earned annual revenues in excess of twelve million dollars and served twenty thousand people every day.

Mr. Siebenhar is an instructor for Keuka’s degree completion program in Organizational Management and, in the fall of 2003, joined the Keuka College traditional program as an instructor in management and marketing. In the Fall of 2004, he was hired as an Assistant Professor of Management in the Business and Management Division.

As a former business executive with 28 years experience with a leading international, Ohio-based manufacturer, he has a variety of management experiences, including profit center management, strategic management, business development, manufacturing, marketing, and information technology.

He also brings international business experience with him, having lived in France, Brazil, and England.

Mr. Siebenhar is very enthusiastic about teaching at Keuka College and is sincerely interested in helping the students succeed in their chosen careers. He is approachable and is willing to go the extra mile to help prepare the next generation of business leaders.

He also is an instructor for the Masters of Science in Management Program offered through ASAP.

Mr. Smith has been instrumental in the creation of the college’s evening management program and overseas programs. The Business and Management Division is one of the college's fastest growing program areas.

Mr. Smith has spent over 6 months teaching at the five Keuka College partner universities in the Peoples Republic of China.

Mr. Smith is a community business leader who brings his business and management experience to the classroom.

Recognized by students as an involved advisor, Mr. Smith has helped hundreds of students meet their academic and career goals.

As a small business owner, Mr. Smith has employed many Keuka students working through college.

Interests: Experiential Education in Business; Organizational Behavior; Human Resource Management.As an instructor of various business and management courses, Mrs. Tuttle brings a recognized passion and love of both business and teaching to the classroom.

Consistently praised by students and peers for her direct interaction with students and her devotion to their well being, Mrs. Tuttle has a well-deserved reputation for integrating practical necessities of the workplace into the academic environment of college.

Mrs. Tuttle brings a rich business background to Keuka College, having managed word processing centers at a Fortune 500 company, and having held sales and marketing positions.

In the spring of 2004, Mrs. Tuttle was elected Chair of the Business and Management Division.

Mrs. Tuttle has published an article in the CNY Business Journal entitled, "Long-Term Temps Vulnerable to Abuse." Recently, there was an article in the Chronicle of Higher Education about her Organizational Behavior class. Her syllabus for the course was also featured in that issue.

As a past president of Schuyler Nursery School Board of Directors, Mrs. Tuttle greatly enjoyed the experience of learning and participating in business operations at a non-profit organization.
