Ms. Gow is a Certified Public Accountant and has worked for Ernst & Young in Boston and Percival Bixby in Buffalo, with experience in both audit and tax. She has over 25 years of experience in operations and financial management in the manufacturing, insurance and bonding, and the not-for-profit sectors. Over 15 years of this experience included ownership of a large regional commercial insurance and bonding agency with four offices in upstate NY and 90 employees. After the business was sold to a national firm, Ms. Gow went on to work with the Susan B. Anthony House in Rochester, progressing up to the position of Director. Ms. Gow has held a number of high-level positions that include Audit Manager, Vice President of Operations, Director of Finance & Operations, and Executive Director. She has served as Treasurer on the Board of the Genesee Land Trust and lent her financial expertise to other community organizations in the Rochester region. She has also served on a national advisory board for insurance software development.
