Camp Description:

Elite players and beginners alike will have fun improving their skills, meeting new friends and learning the women’s game from an enthusiastic coaching staff.  The

Keuka Lacrosse Camp will provide personalized instruction for your daughter, helping her to maximize her potential.  Our unique format provides 2 hours of skill, 2 hours of team concept and 2 hours of competitive play, each day.  Girls will be teamed according to their age and skill level, so they can challenge themselves and others.

We will teach positional play so girls who have selected their preference can learn from the best positional coaches.  Goalies will have a dedicated goalie coach.  We have scheduled just the right amount of relaxation time and recreation to make this camp memorable.  Swimming in the fresh waters of Keuka Lake on a July afternoon is heavenly.  Scheduled evening events include a movie, a coach’s “challenge” game and a campfire on the beach with “smores”.
