Information and Services for Conference Guests

While staying at Keuka College College, you are welcome to use these additional services:

Linens

Linen is provided in your room, and includes two sheets, a pillowcase, blanket, pillow, one towel, and  washcloth.  Cups and a bar of soap are also provided.  If you are missing any of these items, please contact Conference Services.

Laundry

Laundry facilities are located on the basement floors of each residence hall. The facilities are free and available for use.

Telephones

In the lobby of each residence hall there is a public phone. If you need to make an on-campus phone call, must dial the extension.  If you have a phone card, dial 9+1+xxx-xxx-xxxx. Each room contains phone jacks, but telephones are not provided by the College.

Internet

One computer hook-up port per person is available.  Please notify Conference Services in advance if your group will need Internet access in the residence halls during your conference.

U.S. Post Office

Keuka Park has its own post office located on Assembly Avenue near campus.  The hours are Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m., and Saturday 9 a.m.-noon.

Bookstore

The Keuka College bookstore, located in the Dahlstrom Student Center, offers everything from toothpaste and shampoo to sweatshirts and magazines.  The bookstore is open Monday-Friday from 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m.  Guests may receive a discount card at the time of arrival for use in the bookstore during their stay.

Parking

Guests may park in the designated parking lots throughout campus. From June through August guests are permitted to park in the main parking area. Academic year guests are advised to park in Lot C, the commuter lot by the post office.

ATM Machine

Five Star Bank operates an ATM facility located next to the facility power plant on Assembly Avenue. It is across the street from the Keuka Park Post Office.

Photocopying and Faxing

Extensive photocopying can be done for a fee in the Keuka College mailroom.

Office Supplies

Office supplies such as tape, thumbtacks, pens, markers, etc., can be purchased at the campus bookstore.

Lost and Found

If items are lost, please notify Conference Services or go to the Office of Protective Services located in the Dahlstrom Student Center to see if the item was found and turned in.

Keys

Keys will be distributed if requested by conference representatives. A $25 deposit per key is required. If the key(s) are not returned to Conference Services by 11 a.m. on the day of check out, Conference Services will assume the key is lost and the group will be billed accordingly.

Airport Service

If requested by the conference director, Conference Services can pick up guests at the Rochester International Airport for a fee. Each person will be charged a fee for both arrival and departure.

Security and Emergency Information

Security services are provided 24 hours a day throughout the calendar year.  Protective services officers can be contacted by visiting the Office of Campus Safety located in the Dahlstrom Student Center, or calling (315) 279-5911.
