Retiring instructors offer farewell performance

This is about a 1 minute read.

Keuka College’s Provost’s Distinguished Lecture Series continues Wednesday, April 18, with “Four on the Floor,” a roundtable discussion with retiring Keuka College professors Dr. Sander Diamond, Dr. Drew Arnold, Dr. Doug Richards and Prof. David Romm.

Provost & Vice President for Academic Affairs Paul Forestell will moderate the discussion, which will focus on subjects such as how technology has affected teaching, what makes Keuka College unique, and how students have changed over the years.

With nearly 150 years’ of Keuka College teaching experience among them, the quartet will draw on a deep well of institutional knowledge to reflect on where the College is today, where it came from, and, most importantly, where they see it going.

Professor of History Dr. Diamond is stepping down after 50 years at the College. Professor of Psychology Dr. Arnold leaves the College after 37 years. Professor of English Dr. Richards has been with the College 31 years. And Associate Professor of Management Romm leaves after 27 years.

Free and open to open to all students, faculty, and staff (as well as the public), the presentation will begin at 4:30 p.m. in Hegeman Hall, Room 109.
