Apply to Keuka College

It's never been easier to advance your career.

Step 1

Fill Out an Application

Our online application allows you to start, save, and go back to your application. It also lets you upload and submit your supplemental items and see–in real time–when we receive your application materials.

Step 2

Submit Additional Materials

Aside from a completed application, you’ll also need to send us a few other things before we can review your folder for admission. Select the program you're applying for from the list below to see what you'll need to submit.

  • Application Fee: You'll need to submit a $50 application fee or receive a fee waiver from your admissions counselor. You can pay your application fee online.
  • Official Transcripts: Once you've applied, you'll need to contact each college or university you've taken classes at and ask them to send your official transcripts to us. You'll need to have your high school transcripts sent as well.

Graduate Supplemental Items

If you're applying to a graduate program, you'll also need to send us the following:

  • Current Résumé: Share your professional and educational experience and accomplishments with us.
  • Personal Statement: Please write a brief (approximately 250 words) statement describing your reasons for undertaking this particular program and your future academic and professional plans.
  • Essay: A different essay is required for each program. Choose a program from the list below to read the essay requirements.
  • Recommendation Letter(s): You'll need recommendations from a supervisor or instructor. You can download this form or send them a link to it. The number of letters you'll need depends on the program to which you're applying:
    • One for management, criminal justice administration, or nursing (education concentration)
    • Two for social work
    • Three for the adult/gerontology primary care nurse practitioner program

Step 3

Apply for Financial Aid

Your admissions application also serves as an application for financial aid, but you’ll need to submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to be eligible for financing opportunities from the federal government.

Complete the FAFSA Now — Our school code is 002744.

Step 4

Wait for the Mail. Then? Join Keuka College!

Applications for admission are generally reviewed upon receipt of all required application materials, so you should hear from us within 2-3 weeks after you've submitted everything. Once you receive your acceptance letter, you must then send in your $150.00 deposit to reserve your spot in the program. This will go toward your first semester bill, and it is fully refundable up to December 15 or July 15, depending on your start term. Once you have deposited, your adviser will get in touch to help you enroll.

Of course, if you have any questions regarding the application process or the status of your application, just contact us at [email protected] or 1-800-33-KEUKA. We're always happy to help!
