Conference Services

 

Keuka College’s Office of Conference Services provides a full range of meeting and event services to internal and external clients. The office coordinates the planning of conferences, meetings, weddings, reunions, and other events. Located on the shores of Keuka Lake in the heart of New York state’s Finger Lakes region, Keuka College is just an hour’s drive from Rochester, N.Y. and Syracuse, N.Y.

The College offers a variety of meeting and conference spaces, lecture halls, computer labs, and classrooms. All indoor venues are equipped with screens, computers, projectors, and all connection cords. Hybrid meeting spaces are also available.

Guests are encouraged to take advantage of the College’s vast outdoor spaces, athletic fields, and Point Neamo, located right on the lake. Keuka College offers a variety of recreational activities, including lawn games, kayaking, canoeing, paddleboarding, fishing, and firepit.

Other amenities include on-site parking, laundry facilities, high-speed internet, an ATM, and 24/7 campus security. The College’s bookstore, Wolf Den Café, and catering options are also available to guests.

IT and other equipment rentals, such as easels or tents, are available based on request.

Overnight Accommodations

Keuka College offers on-site housing in its six residence halls and two apartment buildings during the summer (late May-mid-August). Air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned housing is available.

The air-conditioned residence halls feature single, double, triple, or quad rooms and shared bathrooms. Non-air-conditioned residence halls offer single or double rooms. Each residence hall offers free on-site parking and laundry services. Vending machines are also available.

The College’s apartment buildings feature one or two bedrooms, which can sleep 2-4 people per apartment. Each apartment has a kitchen, living area, private bathroom, and air-conditioned rooms.
 
Linens and towels are available on request. Guests must request this service XX days prior to their stay.

Year-round Housing

Keuka College offers year-round overnight accommodations with two College-owned on-campus houses.
 
The Allen House features three bedrooms with queen-sized beds, a bath and a half, kitchen, dining and living areas, air-conditioned rooms, and linen and towel service.
 
The Allardice Alumni Center is named for longtime College supporters David and Dr. Barbara Schaefer Allardice ’61. The Alumni Center features five bedrooms: two rooms have queen-sized beds, two rooms have full-sized beds, and one room has a twin bed. The Alumni Center has two bathrooms, a kitchen, living area, and dining room. The rooms are air-conditioned, and linen and towel services are provided.

Keuka College offers a wide range of meeting and event spaces able to accommodate your office, wedding, family reunion, or sports team.

The College offers several outdoor spaces across our campus, including the spacious Norton Chapel lawn, Ostrander Field, and athletic fields at the Jephson Community Athletic Complex, The College also has a private beach, Point Neamo, where a variety of lakeside activities can be held.

The College’s indoor spaces include a suite of large and small conference rooms, lecture halls, classrooms, and computer labs. All indoor event spaces are equipped with a screen, computer, projector, and all of the connecting cords. When you are on campus, the Client & Conference Services team will ensure your technology needs are met.
 
Events can be customized to the size of your group and your needs. Options can include seating with round tables, tables in a U-shape, or have theater seating. Our team will work with you and ensure your needs are fully met.
 
Additional equipment rentals, such as easels or tents, are available upon request.

Geiser Dining Commons

During the summer months (late May-mid August), Keuka College’s Geiser Dining Commons is the ideal space for your group to get nourished. The Commons offers multi-station buffet service and a rotating menu. This means that your group will have a variety of choices to accommodate any diet or need. And with both camp and counselor rates available, it’s the ideal menu option for any group.

Keuka College is located on the shores of Keuka Lake, which lies in the heart of the Finger Lakes region of New York state. The College offers a variety of activities that take advantage of our location.

You and your group can go kayaking, canoeing, fishing, or paddleboarding. If staying on land is more your style, a variety of lawn games suitable for any age are at your disposal. The College also has a beautiful firepit by the lake, perfect for ending each night of your stay.
