The Health and Counseling Center is located on the first floor of Keuka Commons and is open Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. The Center provides assessment and treatment of common and emergency health and emotional concerns. Whatever your concern may be, we can help.
Counseling is currently being offered through teletherapy to support social distancing and safety. Mental health counseling is available to students enrolled at Keuka College. Enrollment at Keuka College covers the cost of these sessions. *Ongoing counseling and treatment is not covered by the College.
The Counseling Center operates using a short-term solution-focused model.
If a student needs long-term, ongoing counseling the counseling staff will help students connect with outside resources. Students are welcome to call (315) 279-5368 for scheduling or email [email protected].
Come enjoy a time of self-care in the MindSpa! Amenities include essential oil diffuser, broad spectrum light therapy, and the favorite attraction the massage chair.
Call (315) 279-5368, or email [email protected] to schedule an appointment.
For medical needs, students are asked to call ahead to (315) 279-5368 to schedule an appointment with our healthcare providers. We bill insurance for medical appointments, so students will need to provide health insurance information at the time of visit.
Students are encouraged to be familiar with their health plan, particularly if coverage is ‘out of network’ or if pre-authorization is required for visits to the Health Center.
Our healthcare providers can call in prescriptions to area pharmacies. We work with pharmacies in Penn Yan that can deliver prescriptions or over-the-counter medication to campus free of charge.
