After your deposit has been processed, your Keuka College username and password will be sent to the email account you provided when applying to the College.
This email will contain your username and password and instructions on how to use our password reset utilities.
If you do not receive this email, please contact our IT Help Desk at (315) 279-5217 option 3.
Printing at Keuka College
Students print to our Follow Me Print server. This allows you to send your documents any campus printer. You'll swipe your card at the printer and select the document you wish to print. Each year, students are allocated $37.00 in print credits. Black and white copies are $0.05 each and color copies are $0.12.
If you run out of print funds prior to the close of the academic year, you can add print funds at the Office of Student Accounts in Ball Hall.
You do not have to use a college computer in order to print. With our mobile printing utility, you can use any personal mobile device to send a print job to the Follow Me Print server. Learn more about mobile printing.

IT Student Support
Our Help Desk team is here to support students who experience technical issues with network connectivity and KC-specific applications and services. Any issues that are personal to the device (physical damage, viruses, etc.) we advise students to take their devices to SCT Computers located in Penn Yan.
SCT Computers works closely with the College and provides Keuka College student discounts for repairs and services. Students can drop off their laptops to the IT Help Desk for pick up and drop off if they are unable to transport their devices to SCT Computers.
