The Jeanne Clery Act mandates institutions issue a timely warning for all Clery Act crimes that occur on or adjacent to College-owned or controlled property that are reported to campus security authorities or local police agencies. The following message is being sent to provide timely and accurate information to our students, staff, and faculty.
Incident Summary
On Wednesday, May 15, 2024, a campus security authority received a report of a rape that occurred early in the morning of Friday, May 10, 2024. The victim reported the incident took place in a residence hall by two suspects after consuming a drink that contained drugs at a bar in Penn Yan. The suspects were known to the victim.

- We encourage all members of the College community to visit the Personal Safety and Security section of the Campus Safety website and to download the Campus Shield app in the App Store or Google Play.
