These are three one-hour workshops for students that are experiencing anxiety. Discussions will include psycho-education regarding anxiety (knowledge is power!), utilizing coping and relaxation skills, and ways to challenge anxiety in the moment. These workshops will help you develop a plan to successfully manage your own anxiety.
Grief and Loss
An eight-week support group for students who have experienced a loss. During this group you will have the opportunity to learn about the stages of grief, the changes that occur in our lives after loss, managing difficult emotions, and processing your loss with others.
