Account and Password Setup

We will send your username and password to the personal email you provided during your application process. When you log in for the first time,  you will be asked to create a new password and to provide secondary contact information in case you ever need to recover your account. 

If you are a new student or employee and you have not recieved your Keuka College Credentials, please take the following steps:

  1. Search your inbox for an email from [email protected].
  2. Check your spam folder.
  3. If you are a student, contact your admissions counselor and make sure we have your most current email address on record. If you are a new employee, contact HR to make sure we have your correct personal email address.

Managing Your Keuka College Account

The Keuka College Information Technology Department values the importance of data security.
