Register for an Entire Year All at Once

Multi-Term Registration

Multiple term registration allows on-campus, undergraduate students to register for an entire academic year at one time. Starting with priority registration on April 22, 2019, degree-seeking students are able to register for Summer 2019, Fall 2019, January 2020 and Spring 2020 simultaneously.

Keuka College's multi-term registration process gives students an advantage and the opportunity to:

  • Plan ahead for the classes they need for the entire academic year
  • Secure their schedule for Summer, Fall, Winter and Spring at the same time.
  • Register Now, Pay later - tuition for future terms will not be due any earlier!

New this year: Online classes available all 4 terms!

Students can request to be registered in up to 2 online classes each term. See more information in the Online Courses FAQ section below.

When is the last day to change my schedule for each term?

  • Review the course requirements in our Keuka College Record needed for your major and for successful completion of a Keuka College degree. • Check out the My Progress module in KC Self-Service to plan out your coursework by term and to be prepared when registration officially opens.

  • Make an appointment with your Academic Advisor, and/or Student Success Advisor to chart your plan for the entire upcoming academic year. If you're not sure who your advisors are, check KC Self-Service | Student Planning | Plan & Schedule | Advising.

  • Check on any holds you may have on your account which might prevent you from registering for classes. The Student Accounts office can inform you of any holds you have, or you will see any holds on your account once you begin the registration process.

What are my course options?
There are several course options to choose from, including face-to-face and online classes. Students can register for face-to-face and online classes via on KC Self-Service.

Course schedules by term are located on the Schedule section on the Registrar’s website.

How do I find the course requirements of my major?
The Keuka College Course Catalog chronicles course descriptions, major and minor requirements, faculty and staff credentials, and a variety of academic policies. By clicking on the current academic year, you'll be able to navigate to your academic division, and academic major to view all the coursework required of you as a Keuka College student.

Having a solid understanding of these requirements will help you during the multi-term registration process and knowing which courses to register for.

Online courses can help you fulfill General Education requirements in less time. Classes are generally 5-7 weeks long.
